Recent technological advancement which has emerged to a wide range of innovations wants to increase embracement and adherence of the principles of circular economy. There is a company called PureSnax International sugar Production. In this company, sugar planting is done by 2017 combine sugar cane planter two rows machine from Nanning Avian Agriculture. The sugar cane machine is used to dig holes, cut canes in desired sizes, and bury them in the pits after spreading the right fertilizer. The can are weeded using aerial spraying and harvested using Harvester Austoft 4000. The can is crashed and packed using YX-80DC industrial, commercial sugarcane crusher machine which crushes up 12 tons every day. The technology trends have helped the company reduce the cost of production where one machine is reducing work which could be by 200 people saving more than the US $200 for every section every day (Mercer, 2018).
The technology has disrupted the company’s organization by creating new departments such as the IT department which manages technological devices used in the company. The department is involved in doing research on the best machines to use for sugar production. New employees such as the operators of machines have replaced the former workers who worked manually in farms and other production sectors (Olenski, 2018)
Many industries have adopted new technology to ensure they produce sugar the cost of production is low thus reducing the price of sugar to become competitive in the market. The quality of sugar produced using the new technology is high attracting more customers than their competitors. The company is also using an information system to manage information effectively and reduce loss which might occur (Rogers, 2018).
